Luxury Residential · Kitchen Remodeling
The most demanding room in the house, treated that way.
Cabinetry, stone, appliances, and lighting selected before demolition — sequenced so your kitchen is out of service for weeks, not seasons.
Kitchens fail two ways: design that ignores how you actually cook, and schedules that stretch because decisions weren't made before demolition. We prevent both.
Layout, cabinetry, stone, appliances, fixtures, and lighting are finalized during design — with lead times confirmed — so when demolition starts, everything your kitchen needs is ordered or on hand. The room comes apart once, goes back together once, and the number you approved is the number you pay.

Questions, answered
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Most full remodels run six to ten weeks of construction. Because selections and ordering happen first, we don't open your kitchen until the schedule is real.
Can we stay in the house?
Almost always. We contain dust, keep pathways clean, and can set up a temporary kitchen space if you want one.
What drives kitchen cost most?
Cabinetry and stone, then appliances. We'll show you exactly where each dollar sits and where the same look costs less.
