Luxury Residential · Home Additions
More home, built like it was always there.
Great rooms, primary suites, and expansions — engineered, permitted, and finished so the seam between old and new disappears.
An addition succeeds or fails at the seam: where new foundation meets old, where the roofline ties in, where the flooring runs from the original house into the new space. Get those right and the addition reads as original. Get them wrong and it reads as a box stapled to a house.
We engineer additions from the footing up — soil, foundation, structure, tie-in — and finish them from the inside out to match or deliberately elevate the existing home. Zoning, setbacks, and permits are our problem, handled before you've committed to construction.

Questions, answered
How long does an addition take?
Design and permitting typically two to four months; construction three to six depending on size. Valley permit timelines are real — we build them into the schedule you see.
Will it match the existing house?
That's the job. Stucco texture, roof tile, floor transitions — matched by people who treat the seam as the test of the work.
Do additions need HOA approval?
In much of Scottsdale and the Valley, yes. We prepare the submittal package and manage the approval as part of pre-construction.
