Specialty Services · Flooring Installation

A floor is a plane. It either is one, or it isn't.

Hardwood, tile, and luxury vinyl over properly prepared slabs — with the transitions that make a whole house feel intentional.

Valley floors live on concrete slabs, and slabs are never as flat as anyone hopes. Floor quality is decided before the first plank: moisture tested, high spots ground, low spots leveled — then the material can perform.

We install hardwood, engineered wood, tile including large-format and wood-look plank, and premium LVP — with layout planned from the sightlines, patterns centered where eyes land, and transitions between rooms resolved cleanly instead of collected under a metal strip.

What's included

  • Slab preparation: grinding, leveling, moisture testing
  • Hardwood and engineered wood installation
  • Tile: large-format, plank, and pattern work
  • Luxury vinyl plank, correctly detailed
  • Baseboard and transition detailing
  • Whole-home flooring coordination in remodels

How it gets done

  1. Prep

The slab made flat and dry-verified — the step cheap installers skip.

  2. Layout

Runs and patterns planned from where you stand and what you see.

  3. Install & detail

Set, finished, and trimmed with transitions that disappear.
